In this project, I designed a supply chain logistics & shipping analytics dashboard to evaluate transportation efficiency, disruption risks, and shipment patterns — quantifying a 61.26% disruption rate, 19.36-day average lead time, and 38,520,319 km total distance covered, with air and sea modes showing highest shipment volumes and hurricanes posing the greatest weather-related risk.
